Sports Massage

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

Dry Cupping

A therapeutic practice using cups on the skin to create a vacuum and decompress underlying tissue. Used to loosen soft tissue, stimulate a vascular response, and prime the nervous system to reduce pain and enhance physical rehabilitation.

Rock Blading - IASTM

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization which allows for a more direct treatment of the soft tissues involved with movement.
