Sports Massage

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology taping, also known as therapeutic taping, is a technique that involves applying a specialized tape to the muscles and joints to provide support, improve circulation, and aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Dry Cupping

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used by physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. It involves the insertion of thin, solid needles into trigger points—knots of muscle that can cause pain and discomfort—or other areas of muscle and connective tissue.
