About Me

Hiya, I’m Sofie, owner of “Limitless Body-Tech” I’m a qualified level 4 sports massage therapist as well as a level 3 personal trainer  & fitness instructor. My career started following my own weight loss journey which then developed into my passion for helping others.  At the end of 2021 I was then involved in an RTC which changed not only my career at the time but my outlook on life. This drove me into gaining my sports massage qualifications so I can help others with their own recovery and to prevent injuries. I am also qualified in kinesiology taping so whether you are looking to reduce pain, optimise recovery, or increase proprioception, then feel free to get in touch. Due to the accident I have a registered support dog and we would both love to meet you!
